We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. without your permission, or except as otherwise provided below. If you would like to receive email regarding Orleans Computers Specials, leave the appropriate box checked during the Order process, Registration process, or click the link for the Orleans Computers Newsletter on our Home Page and fill in the form. Every email newsletter comes with a link to unsubscribe. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add a major new feature to our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else. If you wish us to retain personal information (to make repeat shopping easier), you need to complete our registration process, which includes setting up a unique email address and password. To modify your personal information, you will need to click on "My Account", and enter your email address and password. Orleans Computers will provide vendors with your contact information when requested to do so in connection with a product recall. Orleans Computers may sometimes provide certain vendors with your contact information or with other information when contractually required to do so. Warranty Policy
• All our products carry minimum of 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. • 1-year parts & Labour Warranty on systems and Laptops. • 1-year warranty on parts. • Within 30 days direct replacement warranty on parts. • After 30 days fees may apply for shipping. • Keep original packaging for warranty. • Software and Physical Damage is not covered under warranty. • We reserve the right to change prices without notice. • Prices are cash discounted. Visa, M/C, and Amex, add 2% for credit card uses. • All order must apply 8%PST & 5%GST. • Shipping charges are extra. • 25% restocking fee on parts returned after 7 days.
Returns, Exchange & RMA Save your receipt.
To return an item for exchange, bring it to Orleans Computers store within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt. If a product is defective within 30 days Orleans computers will replace it. After 30 Days the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Returned item a store credit will be provided as required and good for 365 Days. Some exceptions may apply*, 25% Restocking fee on items returned after 7 days.
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Orleans Computers offers an exclusive 30-day Warranty policy. Please note: defective computer software and opened pre-recorded DVDs and CDs may be exchanged for same title only. Policy reasons, some items may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item. All retail store purchases require your Orleans Computers itemized receipt for exchange.
No shipping and handling charges within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA # (Return Authorization) number. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. We reserve the right to refuse Physical Damaged items. Copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid.
